At RWK Custom Homes, we have the unique opportunity to serve home buyers with the personal touch of a small, local home building company, yet with the advantages that come with over four decades’ of experience in all facets of residential construction: Site selection, new home design, energy efficiency, innovative contemporary features, and new home construction management. As President of RWK Custom Homes, Ron brings the extensive experience gained from over forty years of service in new home construction.
Through the last 10 years, Ron has developed four subdivisions, Clinton Hills Estates, Eastview Estates, Northridge Estates, and the newest, Northtowne Estates, and continues to build some of the most premier homes in the area. Ron’s goal has always been to build a quality home, maintain customer satisfaction, and serve the communities throughout the Metro East.
Ron Kalmer, Our Founder
Ron Kalmer began his building career in 1975 with a small town contractor building single family homes. He completed the four year AFL-CIO apprenticeship program in 1979 and became a journeyman carpenter.
As the years went by Ron went into business with a partner in 1982 and remained in that partnership for eight years prior to starting his own company.
In 1990 Ron started his own company, RWK Building & Remodeling Co., Inc and specialized in building custom homes and remodeling. Here Ron continues to carry out his career and remains devoted in building quality homes.
